Nice building and big size and well-designed rooms with bathroom. All in all good location, near to a quiet area, pubs and restaurants and Harpers. Besides, excellent for visiting a lush park.

My deluxe king room was new-fashioned, had a comfortable bed. Television, tea/coffee making equipment, and a writing table turned out to be good. The location was handy, just next door to the surrounding area and great cafes, restaurants and the beautiful, tranquil Botanic Gardens and the fantastic Ulster Museum and restaurant and entertainment and minute walk from a museum and a theater. Went to The Graduate for drink or two, set within a close distance from the hotel.
